If you know anything about Chic Lash Boutique, you know that we’re proud of our Houston community. How could we not be? Houston is rich with events, culture, food, and locals that make the entire community a fun & lively place to live. It’s because of this that we’re so lucky to get to work with some super creative and fashionable folks in the area. Some people call them Houston influencers. We’re lucky to call some of them friends and collaborators. We have formed relationships with some of the most popular Houston Instagrammers, bloggers, and other local social media stars to create fun and informative content. 1. Health & Wellness: @FullyRawKristina

Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram, perhaps better known as FullyRawKristina, is a Houston health and wellness Instagrammer, YouTuber, blogger, author, speaker… the list goes on! Kristina is from Houston originally and has stayed local, even with her massive success! She amassed over 1 million followers on both Instagram and YouTube, opened a massively successful food co-op, published books, and opened a juicing company. Kristina is a raw vegan, which means she doesn’t consume any animal products and she also doesn’t consume food that’s been cooked above certain temperature or that’s been altered from its natural state. Her Instagram feed showcases her delicious & healthy recipes along with tips on staying healthy, grounded, and mindful. A quick scroll through her page will have you drooling over the fresh fruits & vegetables. You’ll be inspired to whip up a smoothie, get back to yoga, and take a walk around the awesome natural beauty Houston and the surrounding areas offer. 2. Hair & Makeup: @Jackietzangmua

If you’re looking for an awesome makeup artist, we’ve been completely obsessed with Jackie Tzang’s Instagram feed. Jackie is a Texas-based makeup artist working in Houston, Austin, and Dallas. We absolutely love her work. She’s able to create very natural makeup and hair looks that combine modern pops of personality with some bright colors and plenty of sparkle. 3. Music: @bamitskam

Here at Chic Lash Boutique, we’ve had the absolute pleasure to work with the talented Kam Franklin (@bamitskam). Kam has worked as a musician, singer, songwriter, and performer, and activist for essentially her entire life! She’s most well-known as the lead singer of the Houston soul band The Suffers and she also serves as a board member for a local community organization called HeadCount. As a performer, Kam wants to look her best for every performance, appearance, and just in her everyday life! She trusts us with her eyelash extensions and microblading. Not only that, but she appeared on one of our YouTube videos as well! It’s an honor to work with a music and activist legend from right here in Houston. We know Kam loves a good glam and loves to look her best, so it means a lot that she trusts us to get her ready for the spotlight.

4. Houston Eats: hangryhoustonian

Another local Houston influencer that we’ve had the pleasure of working with is @hangryhoustonian, aka Danielle Dubois, knows the best Houston food spots in the city. Her feed is drool-worthy with amazing Houston restaurants, food spots, and other awesome spots around the city. Danielle has come to us for a few different services including eyelash extensions, eyebrow threading, facials, and others! Danielle has said on her Instagram how much she loves one of our top artists Theresa, and Chic Lash in general, because of how much we care about each client. 5. Lifestyle & Mental Health: LilyinBloomBlog

Last on our list is a local Houston influencer that we’ve long been admiring: @LilyinBloomBlog is a counselor, yoga teacher, and mindfulness expert who has a calming and inspiring social media presence. Her focus is on Houston health overall. Fitness, mindfulness, and smart choice-based living are the central pillars of her feed, which is a great way to remind yourself of the important things in life. At Chic Lash Boutique, we want to ensure our clients feel healthy and beautiful inside and out, which aligns perfectly with Lily’s message and feed.
